Event One
This 30–45 minute full-body workout is designed for moms with toddlers, combining bodyweight movements, resistance bands, and toddler-friendly exercises. You’ll target your upper body, lower body, and core while staying active and engaged with your little one. Expect a mix of functional strength training, light cardio, and core stability, all modified for postpartum bodies and mom life. Toddlers are part of the fun, whether they move with you, mimic your motions, or just wiggle nearby. This class is suitable for all fitness levels!
